Braining Matters provides ADHD coaching services that are educational, strengths-based, and designed to support personal growth, executive functioning, and self-understanding.

ADHD coaching is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Coaching is not a substitute for care from a registered health professional.

If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, or require a diagnosis or clinical support, please contact your GP or a qualified health practitioner.

Braining Matters operates in accordance with Australian laws and coaching ethics. Where appropriate, clients may be referred to other allied health professionals to ensure holistic support.
